Within the first year of licensure as a provisional sales associate, you will need to complete a 45-hour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/ShowCourse.aspx?cid=104\">Basic II Post-License course<\/a>. After your first year licensed as a provisional sales associate, completion of the required education and submission of the applicable form and fees to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC), the OREC will issue a Sales Associate License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real Estate License Steps (Provisional Sales Associate)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/\">Real Estate School <\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Real estate license<\/strong> applicants will need to complete an approved 90-hour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/ShowCourse.aspx?cid=106\">real estate pre-license course<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real Estate Application\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants will need to complete and submit the real estate license application to the <a href=\"https:\/\/oklahoma.gov\/orec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Oklahoma Real Estate Commission<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/oklahoma.gov\/orec.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">OREC<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application available online through the OREC online portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$35 application fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fingerprints\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$60 for your background check. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/blog\/oklahoma-real-estate-exam-faq\/\">State Exam<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) processes your application, the OREC will mail you a &#8220;candidate code&#8221; and instructions on how you can schedule your state exam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The state exam is $75.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The exam requires a passing score of at least 75%. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon successfully passing your exam, you will receive an automated email from OREC within 48 hours. This email will provide instructions on how to issue your license through the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission&#8217;s online portal.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The provisional sales associate license fee is $100.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/\">Oklahoma Real Estate School<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Barnes Real Estate School offer&#8217;s the real estate Basic I Pre-License course online. The tuition for this course is $449. You can enroll and start this <strong>real estate course<\/strong> anytime.
