The first year provisional licensure year does not count toward the two years. <\/li><li>90-hour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/ShowCourse.aspx?cid=101\">real estate broker course<\/a>.<ul><li>Course not needed if licensee already completed the course for their broker associate license.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>15-hour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlesbarnes.com\/ShowCourse.aspx?cid=4\">Broker in Charge Course<\/a>.<\/li><li>Document at least ten transactions within the previous five years.<ul><li>\u201cTransaction\u201d means an activity or process to buy, sell, lease, rent, option or exchange real estate.
